At the Rhayader Dental practice we try to make sure that all of our patients see just one dentist on a continuing basis. however, if for some reason this is not possible, we shall make alternative appointments for you to see another dentist at the practice.
Emergenices

Patient Confidentiality
The practice realises the right of every patient to have information about themselves kept secure and private. Information given to any member of staff will remain confidential and will not normally be disclosed withou the patients permission. Full details of our confidentiality policy are available from our practice manager.
Freedom of Information Act
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives the public a right to access to all types of information about themselves held by Public Authorities, including, the health services. Please ask the practice manager if you require a copy of the practice information act policy. Please note there will be a small charge for any information provided under this act.
